DGOAL is opgericht en wordt geleid door Jack de Gier, voormalig profvoetballer, ervaren hoofdtrainer, gecertificeerd technisch directeur en FIFA Football Agent.

Jack is in het bezit van de volgende officiële licenties:
• UEFA Pro Licentie (hoofdtrainer betaald voetbal)
• FIFA Football Agent Licentie (incl. Representing Minors)
• KNVB-certificaat Technisch Directeur
